 Where people packaged and leave their fruits outside. We can incorporate something along the lines of this if there are no solid start up or financial support to get resources. 

What are potential initial costs to a city fruit harvest project? 

It would cost to buy tools for pruning, trimming, collecting, and distributing the fruits. Then it could cost to hire some professionals for consulting or management sort of things. 

And to get funding we would most likely do fund raisers in City of Seaside and broadcast via City Council FB, or write grants which will be an interesting experience if we could get some advice on how to.
